Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or playing on Queens Puzzle Arena. By accessing, browsing, or playing puzzles on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
01.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By using Queens, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you represent that you have received consent from a parent or legal guardian to access the platform.
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of Queens and its associated puzzle services.
02.Fair Play, Anti-Cheating & Integrity
Queens is designed to be an arena of pure deduction, logic, and human skill. To preserve fair competition across leaderboards and live duels, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Deploying automated solver scripts, browser macros, SAT solvers, or unauthorized extensions to submit moves.
Intentionally forfeiting matches, queuing dummy accounts, or exploiting matchmaking to inflate Elo ratings.
Violations may result in score invalidation, competitive rating resets, or permanent bans from the multiplayer arena.
03.User Accounts & Responsibilities
- •Guest Participation: You may play as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is stored exclusively in your browser and may be cleared if you wipe your cookies or local cache.
- •Account Security: If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- •Appropriate Usernames: Usernames and public display names must not contain profane, defamatory, harassing, or trademark-infringing language.
04.Third-Party Links & External Services
Our platform may contain links to external third-party websites, tools, or references. Queens does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external sites.
We strongly advise you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party website or service that you choose to visit.
05.Intellectual Property & Non-Affiliation
The Queens software, procedural puzzle generation engine, game board interfaces, sound design, graphics, and codebase are the proprietary property of the creator and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or redistribute puzzle content for commercial gain without prior written consent.
06.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Queens is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% availability, low network latency, and fair matchmaking, we do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser configuration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queens and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
